Portuguese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. chicken broth
1 lb. smoked kielbasa sausage, diced
1 lb. potatoes, peeled and diced
15 1/4 oz. can kidney beans, drained
1 (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large carrot, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large pot.
Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat; simmer until thick, 2 hours. Stir once or twice.
Season with pepper.
