1 c. flour
1 stick margarine
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
3 c. milk
1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
Preparation

Combine flour, margarine and nuts and press into bottom of ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and half of Cool Whip.
Blend until smooth.
Spread over cooled crust.
Combine puddings with milk and whip until well blended.
Pour over cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding.
Refrigerate overnight or 6 to 8 hours.
