Chicken-In-A-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 frying chickens (about 2 1/2 lb. each), cut into quarters and skin removed
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 can Italian plum tomatoes, drained and chopped (29 oz. size)
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, brown chicken in oil until golden.
    Add onion, garlic and seasonings.
    Cover and slow cook 30 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and wine and simmer 30 minutes or until tender.
