Butternut Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked squash, mashed
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. flaked coconut
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
Pour into lightly greased 1-quart dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
