Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. sausage
2 c. Minute rice
2 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 lb. shrimp
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation

Brown sausage; add all ingredients except green pepper. Heat to\tboiling, stirring occasionally.
Reduce to simmer 10 minutes. Cook
uncovered.
Stir
in green pepper.
Heat until pepper is warm.
