Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 3 to 4 whole chicken breasts
    1 c. chicken stock
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb bread crumbs
    1 can mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender.
    Debone and chop.
    Put in bottom of large casserole dish.
    Add 1/2 of stuffing mix; place chicken on top.
    Pour stock over, then place remaining half of stuffing mix on top.
    Slightly dilute cream soup and pour on top using a fork to force some of the soup down.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
