Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vinegar
2 oz. red food coloring
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Cream sugar and oil.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add vinegar and food coloring; beat well.
Sift dry ingredients; add alternately with milk.
Add vanilla; beat well.
Pour into tube cake pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
(Knife inserted into cake will come out clean.)
