Waldorf Cranberry Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. cranberry juice cocktail (2 c.)
    1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped, unpared apples
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. broken walnuts
Preparation
    Heat 1 cup cranberry juice cocktail just to boiling.
    Dissolve gelatin in hot juice.
    Add remaining juice and salt.
    Chill until partially set.
    Stir in apples, celery and nuts.
    Pour into 6 individual molds.
    Chill until firm.
