Chili Rellenos Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, drained
    1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    several dashes hot pepper sauce
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions; drain.
    Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.
    Halve chilies crossways and remove seeds.
    Place half the chilies in 10 x 6 x 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese; top with meat mixture, arranging remaining chilies over meat.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Beat until smooth.
    Pour over chilies.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes until knife comes out clean.
    Cool 5 minutes before serving.
