Peach Kuchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
fruit (plums or peaches)
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. heavy cream
2 slightly beaten egg yolks
Preparation

Sift first 3 ingredients.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Press into glass baking dish, 9 x 11-inch.
Cut up fruit (cut plums in half and take out pit or slice peaches).
Mix together sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over fruit.
