Blackened Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 yellow pepper, diced
    1 dry shallot, peeled and chopped
    1 lb. scallops
    4 small portions cooked pasta
    pinch of thyme and salt
Preparation
    Mix spices and herbs, except salt, with oil in a small bowl. Set aside.
    Heat cast-iron pan over high heat. When hot, add spice mixture to pan and cook 1 minute. Stir constantly!
    Add pepper and shallot. Mix and cook 2 minutes over high heat. Add scallops.
    Mix well.
    Cook 3 minutes over high heat. Stir once and season with salt.
    Serve over hot pasta.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
