Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large apples, unpeeled and cubed
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped English walnuts
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 c. red seedless grapes, halved
Preparation
    Soak apples in lemon juice several minutes.
    Combine apples with all other ingredients and lightly toss.
    Refrigerate overnight and serve chilled.
