Beef Burgundy And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. beef, cut in thin strips
    1/2 c. carrots, cut into matchsticks
    1/2 c. cubed onion (large dice)
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. red wine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 c. dry rice
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Saute beef, carrots and onion in oil over high heat until beef is browned, 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add bouillon cube, water, wine and seasonings. Bring to a full boil.
    Stir in rice.
    Cover.
    Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir or place in serving dish and sprinkle with parsley. Makes 4 servings, each less than 350 calories.
