Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 c. sugar
    1 bottle Certo (do not substitute)
    6 pods green peppers
    1 pt. cider vinegar
    5 pods red peppers (not variety)
Preparation
    Grind peppers in food chopper (using gloves or in blender without gloves).
    If too hot for taste, decrease amount.
    Bring sugar and vinegar to boil.
    Add ground peppers.
    Bring to rolling boil.
    Remove from heat for 5 minutes; add Certo and pour in sterilized jars.
    Cover with melted paraffin.
