No-Cholesterol Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. corn oil margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir together sugar, cocoa, flour and salt.
    Whisk in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Let cool a few minutes.
    Whisk in margarine; add vanilla.
    Keep refrigerated in jar with tight lid.
    Keeps up to 6 months.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Makes about 2 cups.
