Cuban Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer, cut up
1 tsp. m.s.g.
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
4 bay leaves
1 tsp. cumin
1 1/2 tsp. crushed oregano
1 c. raisins
1 c. stuffed black olives
2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
-
Add all ingredients.
Cover and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 1 hour, turning the chicken occasionally.
Serve the sauce over rice.
