Breakfast Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. breakfast sausage or bacon, browned and drained
    1 doz. eggs
    2 slices bread, toasted and cubed
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk, cheese, sausage and spices.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add bread (may refrigerate overnight). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
