Mushroom Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 medium onions
1 medium green pepper
1 (No. 2 1/2 ) can tomatoes
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1/4 lb. American cheese
1/2 lb. medium noodles
4 Tbsp. fat
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Preparation

Use large skillet.
Place chopped onion, green pepper and fat; cook until light brown.
Brush to side of skillet and add beef and brown.
Mix all together.
Then add mushrooms, tomatoes and noodles.
Add seasonings, cover and simmer for one hour.
Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top a few minutes before it is time to serve.
