Donnie Duke Clark'S Homemade Rolls Or Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. water or powdered milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Crisco
3 c. flour
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast.
Combine water and Crisco and heat over low heat until liquids are warm. Gradually add to dry ingredients.
Let rise in warm place until double.
Work it down until stiff.
Make out as rolls in a muffin pan or as a loaf in loaf pan.
Let rise again until double in size, then bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 until brown.
