Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. applesauce or 1 can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Mix together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for angel food cake pan 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
