Scotch Casserole With Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. cooked green peas
    1 large can undiluted evaporated milk
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 pimientos, diced (optional)
Preparation
    Saute
    onion slowly in margarine
    for
    3
    minutes.
    Add ground beef and cook over low
    heat
    until
    brown, breaking up meat with fork as it cooks.
    Blend
    in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in milk, pimientos and green peas.
    Keep mixture hot.
