Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

In saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa and cornstarch. Stir together in separate dish the milk, peanut butter and vanilla. Add to sugar mix. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
Remove from heat.
Pour in bowl and cover with wax paper.
Chill for up to 24 hours. Serve layered with sliced banana and whipped cream.
