Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 stick butter
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    6 egg whites
    6 egg yolks
    1 pt. sour cream (large size container)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    First make the graham cracker crust by mixing the crumbs with the melted stick of butter.
    Press the crumbs into a 10-inch spring-form pan.
