Pomodori Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, crushed
    14 saltine crackers, crumbled
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 stick oleo
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    16 saltines, crumbled
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place tomatoes in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Mix 14 saltines, Italian seasonings and pepper.
    Melt oleo with onion, salt and 16 crackers.
    Spread buttered cracker mixture over tomatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
