Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg or mace
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chopped dates
    3 c. finely chopped raw apples
    2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Mix sugar and vegetable oil; beat at high speed. Add eggs, one at a time, beating for 1 minute after each addition.
    Sift together dry ingredients. Add vanilla flavoring and dry ingredients; mix. Dredge nuts and dates in a small amount of flour. Add to batter. Add apples. Do not add any liquids. This is a very stiff batter. Pour in Bundt pan that has been lined with wax paper. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
