Pasta House Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head romaine lettuce
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    1 red onion, chopped
    1 jar pimentos
    1 jar artichoke hearts
    1/2 c. oil
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
    Stir together the oil, vinegar and Parmesan cheese.
    Pour over salad and let stand 1 hour before serving.
