Calamai Fritto(Fried Squid) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. squid
    olive oil
    2 c. flour
    2 cloves chopped garlic
    pinch of oregano
    pinch of dry basil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Clean squid thoroughly and cut into small pieces.
    Mix oregano, basil and flour.
    Roll squid in mixture.
    Heat olive oil and add garlic. Brown garlic and add the squid.
    Saute for 10 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 6 to 8.
