Chicken-Artichoke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked coarsely cut white meat chicken
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 (17 oz.) can artichokes, chopped
    1 tsp. dried tarragon
    1/2 c. homemade or commercial mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    lettuce leaves
    sliced almonds
Preparation
    Toss together chicken, onion, artichokes and tarragon in a large bowl.
    Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and pepper and pour over chicken mixture.
    Gently blend.
    Place lettuce leaf on each plate.
    Using a teacup as a mold, put each serving of salad into the cup and turn out on the lettuce.
    Sprinkle with almonds. Serves 6.
