24 Hour Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 c. Shoe Peg corn (Green Gian)
    1 jar pimento
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. sweet peas
Preparation
    Mix onion, bell pepper, celery, corn, peas and pimento.
    Boil sugar, apple cider vinegar and oil.
    Pour oil mixture over vegetables.
    Let stand 24 hours at room temperature before serving.
