Stephanie'S Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. milk
    1 can crushed pineapple, strained (juice reserved)
    1 large container Cool Whip
    shredded coconut
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix according to package directions in a 9 x 13-inch pan, except replace 1 cup of water (called for in recipe) with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup strained pineapple juice.
    While cake is baking, mix vanilla pudding with milk.
    Blend in cream cheese.
    Fold in 3/4 container of Cool Whip.
    Spread on cooled cake.
    Top with strained pineapple and shredded coconut.
