Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. broccoli pieces
    1 c. carrots, sliced
    1 c. cauliflower pieces
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 jar (4 oz.) chopped pimento, drained (optional)
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Combine vegetables in saucepan in small amount of water and steam 6 to 7 minutes; drain.
    Combine vegetables, soup, half of cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and half of onions.
    Pour into a buttered casserole.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
    Serves 6.
