Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
1 large bag peanut butter chips
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients; set aside.
In a large bowl, blend pumpkin, oil, water and eggs.
Gradually add dry ingredients until well blended.
Stir in peanut butter chips and nuts.
Put batter into 3 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool loaves in pan 10 minutes.
Take out and cool completely on racks.
