Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2-inch layer brown rice
    tortilla chips
    3 or 4 (1/4-inch) slices Cheddar cheese
    Old El Paso Mexebeans or Trappey's red kidney beans in chili sauce
    Chi Chi salsa (mild, medium or hot)
Preparation
    Fill plate with rice.
    Crumple handful of tortilla chips. Place cheese over top.
    Cover with beans.
    Microwave until cheese melts.
    Cover with salsa.
    Season to taste.
    I use red pepper, Tabasco and soy sauce.
