Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. spaghetti
    5 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 lb. mushrooms (I use canned)
    1/3 c. flour
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. milk (2% is fine)
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    2 c. diced turkey or chicken, cooked
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cook spaghetti per package directions. Make cream sauce.
    Blend margarine and flour over medium heat. Add broth and cook, stirring until smooth and thick.
    Add milk, sherry and salt and pepper to taste.
    Drain spaghetti.
    Combine sauce, turkey and spaghetti; pour into two 2-quart greased casseroles.
    Top with Parmesan.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
    Freezes well.
