Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn (or 2 small cans)
2 eggs
1 c. milk
dash of pepper
1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Cook the corn (or if using canned, not necessary).
Beat the eggs, milk, seasonings and 2 tablespoons butter.
Mix well.
Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Mix crumbs with butter and sprinkle over corn mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until mixture is set.
