Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. spareribs
Wright's liquid smoke
salt and pepper to taste
1 medium chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
3 Tbsp. chopped celery
1/2 c. catsup
1 c. water
Preparation

Brush spareribs with liquid smoke several hours before cooking.
Brown spareribs under broiler.
Season with salt and pepper.
While ribs are browning prepare sauce of remaining ingredients.
Simmer for a few minutes.
Arrange ribs in shallow baking pan.
Pour sauce over ribs and baste with it during baking period.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Cover for first half hour.
