Beef And Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (26 to 30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 (15 oz.) carton part-skim Ricotta cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, defrosted and drained
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    10 uncooked lasagna noodles
    1 1/2 c. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a large nonstick skillet, brown beef over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes. Pour off drippings.
    Add salt, spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and red pepper.
    Set aside.
