Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs at high speed for 1 minute.
Gradually add sugar. Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice; set aside.
Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Fold into pumpkin mix.
Put wax paper on large cookie sheet.
Pour batter on top with nuts.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Turn onto towel (not terry cloth). Sprinkle with powdered sugar and roll with towel and set aside to cool (about 1 hour).
