Garlic Sauce (Salsa De Aglio) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 c. olive oil
    juice of 2 lemons
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Mash
    garlic
    to
    a
    paste with the salt.
    Beat the egg yolk and
    add
    to
    the
    garlic; mix well.
    Add the olive oil a little at
    a
    time to the garlic and egg yolk mixture.
    Mix in the
    lemon juice and oregano.
    (If desired, whisk in an electric blender.)
