Zelma Collin'S Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. bread crumbs (about 7 slices)
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly.
Add milk, sugar, butter and salt.
Put bread crumbs in a greased baking dish.
Add cinnamon.
Pour egg mixture over bread.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
