Salmon And Crabmeat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1 can crabmeat
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix flour, milk, butter and seasoning.
    Cover bottom of buttered baking dish with a thin layer of this sauce.
    Add alternate layers of crab, salmon and sauce until dish is full.
    Dot with butter; sprinkle with cheese and bake at 500\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
