Chicken Fricassee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 c. sliced onions
    1 chicken broth
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    1 chicken, cut in parts
    1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    In pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken, a few pieces at a time. Brown well on both sides. Remove chicken and pour off excess fat.
    Add onions and mushrooms.
    Stirring frequently, cook 5 minutes or until tender. Add broth, salt and pepper. Return chicken to pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
    Remove chicken and keep warm.
