Easy Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1/2 c. ReaLemon juice or three lemons, squeezed and strained
    3 eggs, separated
    1 graham cracker pie shell
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until smooth.
    Add milk and mix well until blended.
    Add lemon juice and again stir until mixture is smooth and starts to thicken.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Beat egg whites until stiff, adding sugar to taste and beating until whites stand in peaks.
    Spread over pie.
    Cook in oven for 5 to 10 minutes at 250\u00b0, or until the egg whites have browned.
    Let cook, chill and serve.
