Lemon Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lemon cake mix
1 box lemon instant pudding
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1/8 c. poppy seed

Preparation

Combine all ingredients; beat for 4 minutes.
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans; fill 2/3 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
