Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 large mushrooms
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    3 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. bacon, cooked and chopped
    salt and pepper
    1/2 t. parsley, finely chopped
    pinch of garlic powder
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
    Drain cups upside down on paper towels.
    Brown sausage and onion, drain fat.
    Mix remaining ingredients, add to meat, onion mixture.
    Stuff caps, broil 3 to 5 minutes about 6 inches from heating unit.
