Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. margarine
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk plus 1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
nuts (optional)
raisins (optional)
Preparation

Cream together sugars, margarine, cinnamon and salt.
Reserve 1 cup of this to be used as topping.
To remaining creamed mixture, add egg, milk, flour, baking soda and vanilla.
Mix well. Add nuts or raisins, as desired.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle reserved 1 cup creamed mixture on top of batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
