Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (12 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn, drained
1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 (16 oz.) can French green beans
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients.
Put in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Melt margarine and mix with crushed cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
