Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small red cabbage
    5 stalks celery
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 qt. tomato juice
    1 qt. water
    2 to 3 beef bouillon cubes
    1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Cut cabbage, celery and onion into bite size pieces.
    Put all ingredients into 5-quart Dutch oven.
    Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until vegetables are tender.
