Mexican Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. water
    4 potatoes
    1 small onion
    2 garlic cloves
    1 bell pepper
    6 sq. Jack cheese
    1 can tomato sauce
    Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Fill soup pan with water.
    Dice potatoes, onions, garlic, bell pepper and carrots and add to water.
    Add tomato sauce.
    Cook for 40 minutes.
    Add Jack cheese to top; sprinkle cilantro on top (optional).
    Serve with flour tortillas.
