Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sliced zucchini
1/4 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 egg
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
Preparation

Steam zucchini.
Combine sour cream, butter, cheese, salt and paprika.
Stir over low heat until cheese melts.
Stir in beaten egg.
Pour over zucchini and chopped chives.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and grated cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
